All custom pieces will ship within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Before shipping, you’ll receive a final proof of your item to ensure everything looks perfect. If any charms are out of stock, you’ll be notified by email with an updated estimated ship date.

All necklaces and bracelets are made of stainless steel, so they will not tarnish. Some charms, however, are not stainless steel or 14k gold-filled and may tarnish over time. Be sure to follow the jewelry care instructions below to help extend the life of your piece.

• Remove before showering, swimming, or working out
• Remove before sleeping
• Avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewelry

All custom jewelry sales are final. If you purchase a premade item and it arrives defective, you may request a refund.
